By this time, I have completed both my Cert III in Commercial Cookery, and Patisserie at TAFE Ryde.  The course commenced in February 2014, and was completed in July 2015.

In the patisserie course, I studied three days a week close to learn about the basics of making and baking pastry, cakes, desserts, gateau, torte and petit fours. On other days, we had to practise our baking skills at home.

Commercial Cookery is a course of studies that deals with management, preparation and cooking of proteins, poultry, seafood, and other dishes to do with mains.

My plans in the next six months will be to start my own home based family day care using my previous experiences as an educator in early childhood settings, and becoming what is called an entrepreneur. Like father, like daughter. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as they say. :-)

For review references, I am in the age range of 30-35 years. My skin type is oily in the t-zone area, and I have rather dehydrated skin.
