Mini Tanker: Bloomsvale (non halal)

Today I wanted to go for semi buffet at Courtyard KL South, but they were busy with a group coming in, and said the semi buffet wasn't open to customers today. 

So I ended up going downstairs to ground floor at Bloomsvale Mall.

We walked around the mall, and mum suggested to try out Mini Tanker, as it looked like they served roast duck. 

As it turns out, Mini Tanker is a non halal Chinese restaurant that serves dim sum and roast pork and chicken sets. 

           Roast duck rice set (rm13.90) 

Mum enjoyed her succulent roast duck with the perfumed rice. 

mine: steamed chicken rice with ginger paste. (Rm19.80) 

The steamed chicken rice was served in a rattan basket, and wasn't the hainanese cold chicken which I initially thought it would be. 

Tbh, I m not such a fan of ginger paste on rice, unless it was in a chicken soup base, which I really love. 

The bill came up to about rm40+ (including tax). 

Verdict: will return to the shop in future to try the other dishes.
