Breakthrough: 69.5kgs


After months and years of hanging out in the 70s, my analogue scale decided it was time to move into the 60s. 

69.5kg. 

Granted, I am aware it's mostly water weight fluctuations, it's still a breakthrough psychologically to see the numbers on the scale telling me my work is bearing fruit. 

For the last 14 days I cut rice and noodles. I still have slices of bread, potatoes and lots of hard vege like okra, french beans, long beans, and water spinach.
