Week of Zipline Acceleration

After picking up my dress last week, the Lord impressed upon me that…

Just because I have always made it a routine at lunch, it doesn't mean I always have to return to the same place out  of habit.

So I have to be intentional with my dietary intake, at least for a season… because I have to be able to fit into my dress when the day comes.

When we were at the bookshop in Cheras Leisure Mall on Tuesday, Jonathan picked up the book The Wedding Dress Diet (Flipse & Shannon).

The book was printed in 2000. I flipped the pages, then threw it back at him. đŸ˜‚

Sorry, but a diet from 2000 is not going to work in 2026.

For 2 years, the Lord was breaking my habitual patterns of overfunctioning, to only carry what is within my own jurisdiction.

Today, however, I realised that that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Merging my life with another person would mean knowing how to share the jurisdiction to build a life together as a family.

At this juncture… I shouldn't be weirded out by all the signs I have seen this week.

But I still am.

Signs all week:

Monday — 4th witness from Miri. Dream of Mariah Carey on zipline.

Tuesday — My eye senses flaking on my glass lens. I make a drive to the optical shop and order a new pair of lenses.

Then, a 5-hour audit convo with Jonathan. After dropping Jon home, my skin senses the car aircon is not cold.

Wednesday — As I leave the school, I sense the aircon again. So I send the car for checking at the mechanic… and there is a problem.

Thursday — My ear senses noise from the back of the car. As it turns out, there is a nail in the tyre. Luckily, I know where to go.
