My Sewing Journey

 How has sewing journey been?

I started sewing in April 2025... From bags, zippers, bucket hats and more bags, I transitioned into garment construction. 

After making my second iteration of a bustier on my own at home, it really boosted my confidence. 

I was intending to make my third bustier, and had ironed the so called fusible interface on the blue batik, but i realised the 50D and 30D interface was very soft.. not very thick. 

So I am not sure what to do. 

I just finished 5 sessions x 4 hours of pattern drafting, math, and sewing yesterday. Angela, my sewing instructor now tells me to draft the pattern again on the pieces of batik at home, then show it to her in school, when I have the time. 

I know the Lord wants me to level up my sewing skills. He has a plan for me to do something with it.
