Gyeongju: Seokguram Grotto (Part 3)

Continuing in the third instalment from our tour around Gyeong-ju, after the completion of our bus tour, we (I and the two-English speaking foreigners from Canada, and Germany) then decided to take a cab to check out Seokguram Grotto. It was expensive to take the cab, however, due to lack of time, as we were all leaving for another spot in the country the next day, it was our only option to seeing the rest of the spots before leaving.

From the town of Gyeong-Ju to Seokguram Grotto by cab was about Return 30,000 won for the return ride (30AUD per person) x 3 persons, meaning about 90,000 won for the entire trip for three persons. (about 90 AUD altogether) for the rate in January 2009. From my understanding, cab fares has since increased since then by a couple of "baeks" (cents) now.
