2025: Travelling to Incheon

Travelling to Incheon in winter is a hustle esp when the temp is -9celcius. 🤣
Plseas arrive at waiting hub on time, 10 mins prior,  as the bus will not wait for you.
You can also take the airport bus number 2: and wait at Gate Humber 5 , 1F at any other time.

Yes, the Ibis Styles Incheon has a sauna + mogyoktang.

If your flight is rescheduled under Air Asia, you'd also get a F&B voucher as well, at airport check in.

You'd also have the option to opt for a full refund, or change date of flight. Doing that in winter? Its not a good idea to extend your flight. 🤣

If you paid for Tune Protect, in the event your flight is rescheduled, you'd get a voucher for free entry.

As flights were rescheduled, all flights were checked in the traditional way. All check in counters were fully manned.

There is a 4 part process to get into the airport
1) check in thru your airline and get the boarding pass and check in your luggage. (Almost 20 mins queue)
2) then another queue for I don't know what is was. - where you had to show your passport to get scanned and boarding pass (another 30 mins)
3) then the auto scan kiosk for your passport to finish the customs scan (2 mins)
4) the hand carry bag and body scan. (At least 10 mins)

So the entire process at least 60 mins.

If you didn't have luggage to check in, you could check in online like on any other normal flight and just go in.
But because online check in was not available,  the counters were only open at 10:40 for a 13:40 rescheduled flight. So queues were massive long for the AirAsia passengers today.
