Rebirth: Day 2 (Trusting the Process)

🌿 Trusting the Process: 

Last night, an old mate came to Midvalley on a whim. I have been posted there thru this weekend. 

On the fly, she came. We went for dinner at Omega. Soupy rice noodles. 🍜 

No fuss. 

No drama. 

Just presence.🌿

No shrinking back. 🌿 

Just showing up. ❤️ 

Yes, she can be a little chaotic. 😅

But the spirit she embodied is what I’m leaning into now — in friendship, in love, in life. ❤️ 

Yesterday, I wrote about no longer shrinking myself to be loved.

Today, I’m going deeper.

Not shrinking also means:

— No more emotional over-functioning.🌿

— Letting others take ownership of their own behaviour.🌿

— Trusting the process enough to *not rescue.*🌿

It’s not easy. I've seen thru it with my own parental figures. 

But this is how patterns break.

This is how the fog clears. ☁️

Because real healing isn’t about controlling the outcome. 

It's about understanding.. restraint.. and trusting the process. 

It’s about *not abandoning yourself* just to keep someone else from falling apart.

It’s about trusting —

 yourself ❤️ 

and them — ❤️ 

and watching what rises from that space. ❤️
