Salsa and Bachata: 5 months update

As of today, I have attended latin dance classes since Nov, and now its the end of March.

What I have learnt so far.

 1) you cant really make new friends from dancing at socials and at bars. The guys aren't interested in chatting, and only want to dance with as many girls through the night.

As per my understanding, the men in socials, so of the ones with nefarious intentions, try to use it as a way to get physically close to the females.

 2) The people whom i started chatting with are my own classmates that I meet every week consistently, or if we head down for tea.

 3) I've gone through the learning curve and uncertainty of the first few months and now in month five.

 4) Hence the urgency to get better isn't there after realising it doesnt meet my goals, and I realise as i grow older, i don't have so much time to devote to dancing, unless if its free, but it is also tiring. i dont have the similar kind of energy as I would have when i was 32.

Also, as I was learning Urban Kiz on Tuesdays, making it two days back to back of intensive 2  hours dancing, I was spending RM280 more on it, but without actual dance practice session to make any use of what I have learnt so far.

It also saves 2.5 hours of commuting and RM24 on the parking (assuming its RM6 each time I go for urban kiz).

Essentially, just focusing on latin dance on Monday. and occasionally attending socials when I feel like socialising with people on Fridays on the days I do not have Connect Group with my peeps from Kingdom City.
