The case of the influenza in March.
I have been recovering from what I can guess is a serious case of the flu for the past 5 days.
Last Monday, I had salsa and bachata for two hours.
Then on Tuesday, I had urban Kiz for two hours.
Attending dance class two nights in a row is a very bad idea, if you're in your late 30s to 40s.
Wednesday was my only night free, so I ended up going to the gym to do stretches, and watch a movie on my own.
From Thursday all the way to Monday, I was on site for work, from 10am all the way to 9.30pm. the exception being the following Monday, I had to leave by 7pm to attend a two hour salsa and bachata.
The paramedic on site took my temperature on Monday, and told me I had a temp of 37 celcius, which is a low grade fever, but fever nonetheless.
Unfortunately, I still made the choice of attending dance classes for another two hours since it was near Midvalley.
For the remainder of the week, being Tues to Friday, I have been nursing a temp.
It has slightly dipped today, on Friday.
Francis had invited me to join the salsa group for pre socials tonight but I had to take a rain check as I needed to take a rest from dancing until Monday at least.
Tomorrow, I should be able to join the bouldering group and do some slight climbing at Bump, hopefully!
Listening to audio books to help me go to sleep the last few nights. It works, okay!
